We hate hearing that something did not work out but completely understand. We want to create a positive shopping experience at Gracie’s. Please see the following so we can help you in getting your item returned.
FREE RETURNS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ORDER DATE
All returns are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and all tags must be attached.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Any sale item – All sale items are final sale and are not available for returns.
Any item purchased during the Epic Sale, Trunk Shows, Website Sales including Black Friday & Cyber Monday.
Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear earrings, hats, hair pieces, sunnies, belts and purses.
Only returns that have been approved by Gracie’s will be accepted. Items returned to us that are damaged, washed, worn, or altered items including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke perfume and/or stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
In the event your returned item gets lost, stolen or damaged, Gracie’s will not be responsible for any reimbursement
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style, color, size) please contact Gracie’s @ xxx.com within 5 days of receiving and provide a photo of the defective or information the incorrect merchandise. If item is not reported within 5 days Gracie’s reserves the right to assume all orders will be complete, and are not eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN
Please email your return request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order is reviewed and approved, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Any return that is received without an RA will be refused. Once we have received and reviewed your returned item(s), you will receive an email notification. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of delivery.
